Our Cause: Many of us know someone whose life has been touched by Alzheimer’s disease and dementia. Our own family has experienced this devastating disease firsthand through our mother, Luisa Costantino, our uncle, Giovanni D’Addese, and our grandmother, Teresa Forgione.
