Simcoe, ON, November 10, 2023 — The Alzheimer Society of Brant, Haldimand Norfolk, Hamilton Halton marked a monumental moment today as MPP Bobbi Ann Brady inaugurated the brand-new front door at Hazel Place.
Thanks to the incredible support of a $27,200 Ontario Trillium Foundation Capital grant, the Society has undergone a transformative upgrade, repairing and replacing essential infrastructure at the Simcoe office. The shining star of this overhaul is our accessible front door, welcoming everyone with open arms.
This investment from OTF is not just about renovations; it’s a commitment to the Alzheimer Society’s mission, ensuring a vibrant and supportive hub for our clients in Norfolk County.
