Our team looks forward to welcoming you to this new space. The move allows us to continue offering the same programs, services, and support for people living with dementia and their care partners in Brant County — in a fresh, accessible, dementia-friendly environment.

We’re also pleased to share that a new Minds in Motion® location will be available soon in Brantford. This program combines physical activity, social connection, and mental stimulation for people living with dementia and their care partners. Stay tuned for details on start dates and registration.
