On January 15, 2025, at the Sherwood Community Centre in Milton, The Alzheimer Society of Brant, Haldimand Norfolk, Hamilton Halton, hosted a powerful and inspiring afternoon featuring four special guests who shared their personal journeys of living with dementia. This event offered a unique opportunity to deepen understanding and connect with the lived experiences of those impacted by dementia. Together, we fostered awareness and worked to break down barriers.
